Job Responsibility

  • Manage operational budget and monthly P&L statements ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to concessions staff executing business plans
  • Control labor and operating supplies costs within budgeted guidelines
  • Maintain positive customer and client relations through effective communication and financial practices
  • Establish and maintain safety and sanitation procedures and ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding alcohol sales
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to meet operation needs and contract terms
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef to deliver high-quality food service
  • Oversee monthly inventory and develop yearly operational budgets
  • Monitor staff performance in terms of service speed and guest relations
  • Analyze sales data and sales mix with analytics team
  • Build strong client relationships to resolve issues and assist event planning
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years management experience in contract foodservice
  • Experience in high-volume foodservice environment
  • Experience with alcohol sales compliance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, lifting 25 pounds
  • Commitment to safety and risk management reporting
  • 5-7 years management experience in contract foodservice industry
  • Experience in high-volume foodservice accounts preferably in concessions or premium services for sports and entertainment venues
  • Experience overseeing alcohol sales

  • Previous P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds
