Job Responsibility:
Manage operational budget and monthly P&L statements ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to concessions staff executing business plans
Control labor and operating supplies costs within budgeted guidelines
Maintain positive customer and client relations through effective communication and financial practices
Establish and maintain safety and sanitation procedures and ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding alcohol sales
Coordinate with subcontractors to meet operation needs and contract terms
Collaborate with Executive Chef to deliver high-quality food service
Oversee monthly inventory and develop yearly operational budgets
Monitor staff performance in terms of service speed and guest relations
Analyze sales data and sales mix with analytics team
Build strong client relationships to resolve issues and assist event planning
Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years management experience in contract foodservice
Experience in high-volume foodservice environment
Experience with alcohol sales compliance
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, lifting 25 pounds
Commitment to safety and risk management reporting
5-7 years management experience in contract foodservice industry
Experience in high-volume foodservice accounts preferably in concessions or premium services for sports and entertainment venues
Experience overseeing alcohol sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Previous P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems
Strong leadership and management skills
Commitment to high-level customer and client service
Flexibility to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours during a shift while navigating venue facilities
Knowledge and commitment to safety policies and procedures

Previous P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred
