The Director of Concessions New Business (NB) Integrations owns scalable SOPs for concessions operations, ensuring consistent execution, manager enablement, and regional auditability while supporting Executive Leadership business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Standardize concessions SOPs supporting daily operations and event execution
Translate executive priorities into field-ready operating procedures
Partner with regions to deploy, train, measure, and audit standards
Establish KPIs tied to labor, speed of service, and revenue performance
Deploy concessions SOPs during new business transitions and openings
Support onboarding of leadership teams and frontline managers
Ensure inventory, staffing, and service readiness from Day One
Stabilize performance post-transition through audits and follow-up
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years in a leadership role within sports & entertainment, theme parks, large hotels, or multi-unit QSR
Experience scaling standardized operating models across multiple locations
Strong change management and cross-functional leadership skills
