Our client, an accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a Director of Compensation & Benefits to join its People & Culture leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned compensation leader to build and scale a compensation function within a fast-paced and highly collaborative professional services environment. The ideal candidate is a strong compensation SME with executive presence, experience driving compensation strategy within large multi-state organizations, and the ability to build credibility and influence across senior business leaders. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of progressive compensation and benefits experience required, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Deep expertise designing and scaling compensation structures, salary planning, incentive programs, and total rewards strategies within large, multi-state organizations required
  • Experience partnering closely with executive leadership, HRBPs, Finance, Operations, and business leaders to deliver strategic compensation guidance
  • Strong leadership and people management experience required, including mentoring and developing compensation and benefits teams
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills required, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence required within a high-growth, evolving environment
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation benchmarking tools such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle preferred
