Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of progressive compensation and benefits experience required, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity
Deep expertise designing and scaling compensation structures, salary planning, incentive programs, and total rewards strategies within large, multi-state organizations required
Experience partnering closely with executive leadership, HRBPs, Finance, Operations, and business leaders to deliver strategic compensation guidance
Strong leadership and people management experience required, including mentoring and developing compensation and benefits teams
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills required, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence required within a high-growth, evolving environment
Experience with HRIS and compensation benchmarking tools such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle preferred
