Our company is seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Commercial Systems to lead our enterprise application initiatives across Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Adobe Commerce, and Magento. This senior role will drive business-critical projects, oversee commercial systems integration, and optimize workflows in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must demonstrate deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute commercial systems strategy aligned with organizational goals, focusing on Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Adobe Commerce, and Magento platforms
  • Lead project teams in implementing, customizing, and supporting commercial applications, ensuring system scalability and performance
  • Collaborate extensively with sales, marketing, operations, and IT stakeholders to analyze needs and deliver impactful technology solutions
  • Identify process improvements, opportunities for automation, and leverage system capabilities to drive revenue growth and efficiency
  • Oversee vendor relationships and maintain technical standards for integrations and security
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines associated with commercial systems
  • Monitor system performance and KPIs to ensure optimal operation and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience with commercial systems—Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ highly preferred
  • experience with Adobe Commerce and Magento required
  • Significant leadership history, including managing technical teams and complex implementations
  • Strong business acumen and experience collaborating across departments to align technology with business needs
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
