Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Commercial Property Management to lead and oversee all aspects of property management operations across the organization. This leadership role requires proven management experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction at a portfolio level.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide leadership and direction to property management teams across multiple commercial assets
  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and portfolio performance to ensure operational profitability
  • Develop and implement property management strategies, policies, and best practices
  • Serve as the executive-level point of contact for key tenants, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and corporate governance standards
  • Drive tenant retention, leasing strategies, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Mentor, develop, and evaluate property managers and staff, fostering a high-performing team
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on portfolio growth and asset management initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of commercial property management experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop property management teams
  • Strong knowledge of commercial leases, financial management, and property operations
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
