Job Description:

This is a new business sales role. The Director of Client Success is responsible for hunting new territory and developing new business. This is a critical and highly visible position that is integral to growing revenue and maintaining client relationships at Brkthru. The Director of Client Success (CSD) reports to the Regional Director (RD) of Client Success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Curate and maintain a solid and legitimate pipeline of active and pending business
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses across all verticals, industries and business types
  • Ability to close and win business consistently
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends
  • Ability to solve problems and have direct conversations both internally and externally
  • Prepare regular sales reports as well as territory plans
  • Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, etc.
  • Work in conjunction with support team to prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty
  • Maintain monthly collections to company standards
  • Established ability to maintain long term client relationships
  • Responsible for receiving customer referrals and client testimonials
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date CRM system at all times
  • Ability to be timely and be present for all meetings
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in new business sales within the advertising industry
  • 2+ Digital Media experience highly preferred (Programmatic, CTV/OTT, Audio, DOOH, etc)
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills
  • Excellent internal communication within all departments
  • Possess and demonstrate the company Core Values
  • Proven track record of achieving (or exceeding!) sales quotas
  • Ability to travel for client and internal meetings as needed
  • Based within a priority sales market
