We are seeking an exceptional Director of Clean Energy Technical Excellence College (CETEC), driving a nationally significant programme that will position the College as a recognised leader in clean energy skills and workforce development. Working closely with the College Executive and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for CETEC, building strong partnerships with employers, education providers, industry leaders and national stakeholders. You will lead the development and delivery of innovative programmes that respond to current and future workforce demands across the clean energy sector, ensuring the College remains at the forefront of skills development and technical excellence. As the driving force behind CETEC's hub-and-spoke model, you will inspire collaboration across a diverse network of partners, influence national policy and sector priorities, and ensure our initiatives deliver measurable benefits for employers, learners and the wider economy.
