This role will build and lead a high-performing Mandarin-speaking sales team, drive revenue strategy, and establish Crimson as the go-to college admissions partner for Chinese families across America.

Job Responsibility

Drive Chinese sales revenue across all of Crimson Education USA by developing and executing annual sales planning, including revenue forecasting, budget management, and resource allocation for the Chinese sales division

Requirements

  • Lead and support a team of Mandarin speaking sales team members
  • Conduct your own sales consultations and academic assessments in a professional manner
  • Identify and establish new business partners
  • Set team revenue targets, develop quarterly forecasts, and track the team's progress using tracking sheets and Salesforce
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to inform and upsell them
  • Build one’s personal brand and network as a leader in the field
  • Attend, and where appropriate host or present, at live Crimson Events and on virtual events
  • Hire and train new sales consultants
  • Work closely with the Chinese marketing and SDR teams
  • Consistently achieve agreed-upon monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets / KPIs
  • Work with the Chinese Local Area and Digital Marketing Teams to develop/enhance lead generation methods
  • Engage in outreach activities such as presenting at relevant schools or other partnership events
  • Ensure that data is diligently and accurately entered/managed within Crimson’s CRM system
  • Maintain effective communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment of accounts
  • Troubleshoot and address customer issues or queries
