Job Description

Are you a commercially minded operator who thrives on shaping how players experience online casino games? Our client is seeking a Director of Casino Operations to lead the day-to-day commercial performance of our client's online casino. This remote role lets you work globally, guiding game performance, supplier relationships, player experience, promotions, and cross-functional execution. You will report to the General Manager and act as a trusted operating partner, helping drive growth, profitability, and operational discipline as the business scales in a fast-changing market. You will combine data-driven planning with a hands-on leadership style to turn strategy into clear, executable plans. Job Responsibility

  • Own key casino performance metrics including revenue, engagement, retention, player value, redemption behavior, and bonus efficiency
  • identify opportunities and partner with Analytics to study trends and inform planning
  • Manage relationships with game providers, aggregators, platform vendors, and strategic partners
  • optimize the game portfolio, content strategy, and supplier economics
  • evaluate new providers and partnerships
  • Own the end-to-end operating experience of the casino
  • remove friction across onboarding, payments, promotions, gameplay, customer support, and redemptions
  • partner with Product, Payments, Risk, VIP, CRM, and Customer Support to improve journeys
  • Drive strategic growth and partnerships by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, engagement, and commercial performance
  • evaluate vendors, technologies, and initiatives that support long-term growth
  • support commercial negotiations with suppliers and partners
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives as a trusted operating partner to the General Manager
  • establish accountability and operating discipline
  • help build the foundation needed to scale the business
  • In the first 12 months, aim to improve key KPIs, increase visibility into supplier performance, enhance player onboarding and experience, develop strategic partnerships, and become a visible member of the leadership team

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in online casino, iGaming, sportsbook, social casino, sweepstakes, or related digital gaming businesses
  • Strong understanding of gaming economics, player behavior, retention, and promotional strategy
  • Experience managing external vendors, suppliers, or commercial partnerships
  • proven data-driven decision making
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred: experience working for a leading online casino, iGaming, sweepstakes, or social casino operator
  • managing game providers, aggregators, and platform partnerships
  • experience influencing P&L, payments, loyalty, CRM, fraud, or engagement technologies
  • experience operating in a growth-stage business
