Director of Business Development – eDiscovery and Legal Technology (US, Remote). Base: $135,000 – $180,000 + Double OTE. I’m partnered with a fast-growing legal technology MSP that has experienced exceptional expansion over the past two years. They work closely with leading law firms and corporate legal teams, delivering technology-enabled solutions across discovery, contract analysis, and lifecycle management. They are now looking to hire a Director of Business Development who is a true hunter and closer. This role is all about driving new revenue and opening doors – the successful candidate will bring a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, consistently generating multi-million-dollar pipelines having a $2 million book of business. What will set you apart: eDiscovery sales experience – if you’ve sold eDiscovery solutions into enterprise clients or law firms, that will make you stand out immediately. Legal software sales experience – strong SaaS backgrounds within the legal tech space are also highly relevant. A demonstrable history of building and closing seven-figure opportunities, selling into C-suite, legal operations, and enterprise-level stakeholders. A hunter mentality with the drive to create opportunities, develop pipeline, and close complex enterprise deals. What’s on offer: A base salary of $135,000 – $180,000 with double OTE.
