Job Description

The Director, Business Development, SeniorLIFE+ is responsible for the development of the business plan based upon pivotal initiatives. The Director, Business Development is a highly visible, entrepreneurial role and a key lead in driving the sales strategy for new accounts directly, as well as through matrixed internal and external relationships. This position will focus on driving customer acquisition through interactions with current or developed networks of top organizational leaders in various organizational settings, including premier client environments.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of “high‑end” strategic selling experience is required
  • Previous experience in hospitality services and/or operations is preferred, with experience in the senior living sector considered especially valuable
  • Proven expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline management, workflow automation, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Ability to think, plan, and sell strategically

  • Demonstrated ability to build alliances and influence key decision‑makers, both internally and externally, without formal authority
