Job Description

The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong is hiring a Complex Director of Business Development - Luxury Travel to serve two luxury properties. The role includes targeting luxury travel accounts, managing significant revenue business, and driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Targets luxury travel accounts or segments with heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation and account saturation
  • Handles complex business with significant revenue potential as well as significant customer expectations
  • Monitors sales production of local and overseas partners and adjusts sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve planned goals
  • Supports brand’s Service and Relationship Strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience

Requirements

  • over 8 years of relevant experience preferably in hotel industry
  • A team player with outgoing personalities
  • Passionate and service oriented
  • Good command of spoken Chinese and English
