Job Description

As Director of Business Development - Facilities, you will have an opportunity to lead new business pursuits with Corrections prospect clients, and work closely with our Sales and the Facilities Leadership Teams in developing overall sales strategies within Aramark’s Facilities Service offerings. These include custodial, grounds and landscaping, and operations and maintenance services.

Requirements

  • BA/BS is required
  • MBA favorable
  • At least 5 years of solution-based selling experience
  • Knowledge of CRM systems - preferably Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications is required
  • Position requires flexibility to travel 50-70%, including overnight
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skills, and computer skills, including proposal development
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of custodial and maintenance services
  • Knowledge of Corrections sales highly preferred
  • Must have a genuine desire and ability to discover the changing needs of clients and respond accordingly
