The Post-Acute Business Development Director is responsible for driving growth and strategic partnerships across the post-acute continuum, including skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute care hospitals (LTACHs), and inpatient rehab facilities (IRFs). This role identifies opportunities, cultivates relationships, and executes strategies to increase the number of facilities utilizing Adfinitas providers.
Job Responsibility
Identify and develop partnerships with post-acute facilities
Market and track marketing efforts to post-acute facilities through in Adfinitas Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Hubspot)
Serve as the initial liaison between post-acute partners and internal teams to ensure seamless program implementation and high-quality patient care
Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and competitor activity to inform strategic growth planning
Collaborate with recruiting, credentialing, and the Post-Acute operations team to ensure alignment of post-acute growth strategies with programmatic Post-Acute Adfinitas goals
Develop and implement outreach programs to promote post-acute services
Representing the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and community outreach opportunities
Develop marketing material for meetings with potential clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
3+ years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably in a post-acute or care transition setting
Strong knowledge of the post-acute care continuum and value-based care models
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to drive strategic growth and meet or exceed performance targets
Familiarity with CRM tools and presentation software – specifically Hubspot and PowerPoint
