Job Description

The Post-Acute Business Development Director is responsible for driving growth and strategic partnerships across the post-acute continuum, including skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute care hospitals (LTACHs), and inpatient rehab facilities (IRFs). This role identifies opportunities, cultivates relationships, and executes strategies to increase the number of facilities utilizing Adfinitas providers.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and develop partnerships with post-acute facilities
  • Market and track marketing efforts to post-acute facilities through in Adfinitas Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Hubspot)
  • Serve as the initial liaison between post-acute partners and internal teams to ensure seamless program implementation and high-quality patient care
  • Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and competitor activity to inform strategic growth planning
  • Collaborate with recruiting, credentialing, and the Post-Acute operations team to ensure alignment of post-acute growth strategies with programmatic Post-Acute Adfinitas goals
  • Develop and implement outreach programs to promote post-acute services
  • Representing the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and community outreach opportunities
  • Develop marketing material for meetings with potential clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably in a post-acute or care transition setting
  • Strong knowledge of the post-acute care continuum and value-based care models
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to drive strategic growth and meet or exceed performance targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and presentation software – specifically Hubspot and PowerPoint
