Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and drive enterprise strategy for Oracle platforms and AI-enabled solutions, aligned with ResMed’s global business and digital priorities
  • Provide leadership and accountability for architecture, modernization, and optimization of Oracle technologies including ERP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), analytics, data platforms, and integrations
  • Lead the design and delivery of AI and advanced analytics solutions, including predictive analytics, machine learning, intelligent automation, and decision support systems
  • Establish multi-year technology roadmaps, investment strategies, and execution plans across Oracle and AI domains
  • Provide thought leadership across architecture, platforms, delivery practices, governance, and emerging technologies
  • Partner with business, product, data, and IT leaders globally to shape and deliver cross-functional initiatives
  • Build and lead high-performing teams in India, managing multiple managers and senior technical leaders
  • Drive adoption of modern engineering and delivery practices including Agile, DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps
  • Ensure platforms meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, compliance, scalability, and reliability
  • Define and enforce governance models for AI ethics, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and risk management
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and financial planning for enterprise platforms and programs
  • Provide technical leadership at design and architecture levels that span across multiple systems and business groups for the area of expertise
  • Develop high-level designs that meet architecture goals and business requirements
  • Defining security at multiple levels and privacy by design concepts

Requirements:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology roles
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director managing managers and large teams)
  • Demonstrated experience leading Oracle enterprise platforms (ERP, OCI, data, analytics, integrations)
  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI/ML, analytics, or intelligent automation solutions at scale
  • Strong experience with cloud architectures, data platforms, and enterprise integrations
  • Experience managing large transformation programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Strong understanding of information security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
  • Proven ability to build talent, mentor leaders, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation

Nice to have:

  • Experience in healthcare, MedTech, SaaS, or regulated industries
  • Experience with large-scale ERP modernization or AI transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to MLOps, AI governance frameworks, and responsible AI practices
  • Experience leading technology centres or global capability teams in India
