The Director of Business Analysis will lead the Delivery Analytics team, focusing on strategic leadership, client relationship management, and operational excellence. As the Director of Business Analysis, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our Delivery Analytics services, ensuring the delivery of top-tier service to our clients, and driving the growth and efficiency of our operations. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or 15+ years of experience in this related field preferred
  • Process intelligence 5-10 years of experience
  • Extensive experience in leadership roles within data analytics
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship management
  • In-depth knowledge of business analysis, data analytics methodologies, and technology trends
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to drive innovation, manage change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
