Job Responsibility:
Define and uphold brand standards across all channels, ensuring messaging is consistent, distinctive, and strengthens the company’s market position
Guide the development of campaign ideas and social media initiatives, overseeing art direction, copy, and design to deliver compelling and innovative storytelling
Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with Digital, Product, and Sales teams, managing timelines, budgets, and overall execution quality
Lead social media strategy to grow engagement, track trends, and optimize content to resonate with target audiences
Manage and mentor teams across Brand, Design, and Social Media, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and high performance
Set KPIs to measure brand health, campaign impact, and ROI, using insights to inform and improve future strategies
Act as the key liaison for brand initiatives with senior leadership, including the CEO, and coordinate with external P.R. and creative agencies to maintain alignment and quality
Requirements:
Over a decade of proven success in Marketing, Brand Management, or Creative Leadership, preferably within fast-paced, consumer-driven industries
Skilled at guiding cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to deliver strategic outcomes
Track record of designing and executing integrated brand campaigns that combine compelling storytelling with analytics-informed insights
Experienced in using digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and modern creative technologies to elevate brand impact
Highly adaptable, proactive, and culturally aware, with the ability to anticipate trends and respond effectively to a rapidly evolving market
Relevant professional qualifications in Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, or Creative Direction are highly valued
