Our client is a technology-driven platform that connects brands with creators to produce high-performing visual content for digital channels. Known for powering influencer campaigns and user-generated content at scale, the company helps marketers drive engagement, authenticity, and performance across social, e-commerce, and paid media. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Brand Partnerships who will support the development and execution of marketing products that drive both revenue and growth. The Director of Brand Partnerships will have commercial goals that must be achieved by developing new business prospects that convert to sales.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with key stakeholders across marketing, customer success, product development and operations to support priority projects and clients
Create and pitch proposals that include SaaS, creator marketplace solutions and influencer marketing campaigns
Drive sales cycle by effectively conducting needs analysis, and proactively negotiate deals to close
Subject matter expert on the value and benefits of localized marketing at scale
Secure new client meetings, present to prospects, and submit proposals
Collaborate with Account Management teams to help position and upsell existing clients
Identify partnership clients that can be converted into full time partners
Daily prospecting
Leverage sales collateral to showcase product values to clients
Build long-lasting relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, identifying sales opportunities
Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners
Follow standard KPIs
Achieve or exceed quarterly and yearly targets
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or higher preferred
2-5+ years of SaaS or relevant Digital Sales experience
3+ years of client facing and client relationship building experience
MarTech background and experience in influencer marketing preferred
Strong portfolio of C-Level contacts within Enterprise Accounts
Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Refined and proven sales methodology
Proven ability to consistently hit or overachieve quota
