The Director of Brand Experience at The Honey Pot leads how the brand comes to life across key consumer touchpoints including Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Company Giving, the PULSE Expert Panel and Content, and Community-Based Events. This role is responsible for designing and activating meaningful brand experiences that build connection, relevance, and cultural impact. As the strategic and creative engine behind these channels, the Director partners closely with the VP of Brand Experience, helping evolve the team into a high-performing internal creative agency. Together, they set a higher bar for creative excellence—fueling brand growth, expanding household penetration, and advancing Honey Pot’s purpose as a holistic wellness partner for humans with vaginas.
Job Responsibility:
Lead an insights-first approach grounded in culture, consumers, channels, community-building, and competitive intelligence
Develop and execute an integrated marketing communications strategy aligned to brand purpose, audiences, and business objectives
Lead and develop a high-performing team of three direct reports, providing culture and category inspiration, mentoring, and growth opportunities
Lead the evolution of social media into a distinct cultural platform—sharpening Honey Pot’s brand voice and purpose-driven presence
Drive a multi-channel social ecosystem with strong alignment across Organic, Paid, and Full-Funnel initiatives
Guide day-to-day social channel management, campaign execution, and community engagement
Evolve influencer marketing to better align with audience interests and business priorities
Oversee all influencer and affiliate initiatives, including creator strategy and selection
Lead cultural moment and community engagement strategy and calendar
Own the strategy evolution of our Company Giving program
Manage to timelines and budgets
Cultivate strong partnerships with external agency partners
Create and share company-wide programming to help the organization stay in tune with trends and culture
Requirements:
8+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing
Prior leadership experience managing teams and agency partners
Proven track record of building and executing integrated communication strategies
Hands-on experience leading influencer programs end-to-end
Experience developing and scaling social media platforms
Deep understanding of social, influencer, and experiential measurement frameworks
Highly energetic, self-directed individual with a passion for operational excellence
Cultural Fluency: Deep understanding of social platforms and creator culture
