Job Description:

The Director of Brand Enablement & Data Visualization is a strategic and creative expert responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and optimization of brand enablement technologies, templates, and resources. This role requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word), Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva, with proven skills in information design and data visualization. The Director will ensure consistent and high-quality brand experiences across enablement and engagement platforms including SharePoint (Brand Center), BrandIn (BrightCarbon), Canva, and Marketo. Reporting to the VP, Global Brand, this role works closely with Creative Services and MarComm to enable brand excellence across RGA’s global workforce.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand enablement strategy that equips global teams with the tools, templates, and resources needed to deliver consistent, high-quality brand experiences across all platforms
  • Establish KPIs and feedback loops to evaluate and refine strategies
  • Manage and/or optimize brand-related platforms including MS Office, BrandIn (Bright Carbon), SharePoint Brand Center, and Canva
  • Ensure brand governance and consistency across all digital assets and communications
  • Develop and manage a suite of expertly crafted, user-friendly templates using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Canva, and other brand tools
  • Provide expert-level support for high priority presentations, applying advanced PowerPoint skills, visual storytelling techniques, a sense of urgency, and discretion
  • Translate strategic insights and data into high-impact visuals that enhance clarity, engagement, and decision-making
  • Partner broadly across teams and regions to ensure brand enablement efforts are integrated, impactful, regionally relevant and aligned with business objectives
  • Promote brand adoption through targeted education, training and support initiatives
  • Offer flexible design support across a range of creative needs, including desktop publishing, infographic creation, and development of reusable visual assets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Information Design, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in brand management, creative services, or visual communications, with a strong focus on presentation design and template development
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing brand platforms and enablement tools
  • Demonstrated success in developing enterprise-level templates and visual storytelling for executive audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with expert-level presentation design skills
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in Canva and other template-based design platforms
  • Exceptional skills in information design, data visualization, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
