Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Director of ATM Operations within the banking operations organization. This role will define the roadmap for ATM service and support and ensure initiatives are aligned to the strategic direction. This role will also provide executive oversight and coordinates transparently with Banking Operations, our vendors, and within Wells Fargo and will drive service and support execution aligned with the firm's strategic vision while aligning to high-level organizational objectives and operational specifications.

Job Responsibility:

Define the roadmap for ATM service and support
Ensure initiatives are aligned to the strategic direction
Provide executive oversight and coordinate transparently with Banking Operations, vendors, and within Wells Fargo
Drive service and support execution aligned with the firm's strategic vision
Partner with executive leadership with third-party vendors and Wells Fargo Operations and Technology
Establish relationships, routines, metrics, and deliverables to monitor and track ATM performance
Create status reports on results, efficiencies, and opportunities
Form partnerships with vendors, LOBs, strategic sourcing, risk, and legal
Assess program interdependencies and frame complex business decisions
Deliver executive oversight and coordinated transparency through networking and presentations
Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development
Managing relationships and expectations of key organizational stakeholders
Develop and guide a culture of talent development

Requirements:

8+ years of ATM Industry, Operations, or Strategic Planning experience
4+ years of management experience
Deep ATM vendor experience
Operations experience with both strategic and tactical skills
Executive presence for negotiations and communications
Ability to analyze data and make business decisions
Ability to break down complex matters to understandable terms
Facilitation of negotiations
Executive level presentations
Ability to manage relationships with internal and external partners
Ability to lead strategically while understanding tactical execution

Seasoned senior leader demonstrating progressive responsibility in leadership positions
Strong customer & ATM industry leadership including operational experience
Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs
Experience building and delivering roadmaps
