Under the general supervision of Assistant Town Manager for Finance, this position is responsible for determining valuation of taxable and exempt property in compliance with Massachusetts State Department of Revenue guidelines. Performs annual revaluation of Real Estate and Personal Property. Reviews taxpayer filings for local abatement relief and legal appeals.
