  • Enhance and evolve customer segmentation methodologies using clustering, dimensionality reduction, and other statistical techniques
  • Ensure best practices are applied to all data visualization efforts—guiding dashboard design, storytelling, and reporting
  • Recommend appropriate analytics technologies (dashboards, storage, cloud solutions) based on business and client needs
  • Participate in high-stakes client pitches, delivering insights, proposing BI solutions, and presenting as part of the pitch team
  • Support digital initiatives including tagging strategies, QA processes, UTM implementation, and measurement best practices.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a Senior Manager level role or 2-3 years in a Director level role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or Business Analytics)
  • Experience working with AI technologies—including Generative AI and analytical AI
  • Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing analytics teams
  • Strong understanding and experience of relational databases and experience working with tools like SQL, Salesforce, and Databricks
  • Proficiency in modeling tools and languages such as SAS, SPSS, R, Python—with hands-on ability to build and oversee models
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Omniture) and digital measurement frameworks
  • Solid grasp of statistical modeling techniques including regression, clustering, factor analysis, and decision trees
  • Experience with MMM is a plus (not required), as is experience with marketing technology and media data
  • Understanding of how data flows through modern marketing systems and the technology ecosystem
