Job Responsibility
Own and deliver $5M+ in annual net-new revenue
Build, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline
Execute a targeted territory strategy focused on ASC operators, physician groups, and key decision-makers
Lead full-cycle consultative sales processes
Engage and influence executive stakeholders
Translate complex solutions into measurable financial and operational outcomes
Partner cross-functionally with executive leadership, SMEs, operations, and implementation teams
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and activity reporting within CRM platforms
Contribute to go-to-market strategy, messaging, and growth initiatives within the ASC vertical
Requirements
7-10+ years of B2B consultative sales experience within healthcare
Proven success selling into ASC, outpatient, or physician-led organizations
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed quota in enterprise sales environments
Experience navigating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Strong existing network within ASC management groups, operators, or healthcare partners
Expertise in contracting, negotiations, and value-based selling
High level of financial acumen and executive presence
