Job Description:

HPE is looking for a Senior Director of AI Product Marketing to build and lead a high performing team across multiple technology areas. You’ll assess the market, understand the competitive landscape, articulate our unique differentiation, and position products to new and existing customers. You will partner across the other marketing/comms functions, sales enablement and GTM/sales teams to define the go-to-market strategy and lead the creation of programs to meet targets.

Job Responsibility:

Define the role of Product & Solution Marketing for AI within HPE
Build a high functioning product marketing team
Collaborate with multiple Business Units and Sales specialist teams to Develop annual go-to-market strategy
Own the messaging and positioning for our core products
Lead cross-functional team to launch new products and capabilities
Develop a full set of materials to improve the ability of our sales, marketing, and revenue teams
Drive cross-functional development of demand programs
Collect and communicate customer, competitive and industry insights
Act as an advocate across teams for: marketing within the Business Unit
Track and consume competitive intelligence

Requirements:

10+ years in product marketing specifically, with recent senior roles in AI/analytics product marketing
ideally with deep Enterprise IT experience
5+ years of direct people leadership experience
Mastery of marketing functions
Firm grasp of the technology, customer needs and market landscape
Strong writing and presentation skills
Growth-oriented people leader with a history of developing high performing teams
Ability to get work done through others and operate at scale
