As the Director of AI GTM, you will be responsible for leading the integration of AI across our demand generation ecosystem. This leader will move fast to design, test, and scale AI-driven programs that unlock new levels of efficiency, personalization, and pipeline growth. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing & Strategy, you will partner with Acquisition, Customer & Lifecycle, Field Marketing, and Marketing Operations within the team to operationalize AI use cases, build AI GTM playbooks, and ensure MaintainX is always ahead of the curve.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute MaintainX’s AI GTM roadmap, aligned to growth and revenue goals
  • Rapidly identify, prioritize, and deploy AI use cases across acquisition, sales enablement, lifecycle, and customer expansion
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to embed AI into core workflows
  • Launch AI-powered GTM programs with fast experimentation cycles to accelerate learning and impact
  • Enable real-time orchestration of campaigns, sales plays, and customer journeys using AI
  • Build frameworks for rapid creative testing, personalization, and sequencing across digital, field, and lifecycle channels
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI platforms (Demandbase, Clay, Jasper, Signals AI, Warmly, VEO, etc.) with a focus on fast activation and measurable revenue impact
  • Ensure responsible AI adoption, compliance, and governance across GTM programs

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS GTM leadership across Growth Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Operations
  • 3+ years in AI/automation leadership roles
  • Proven success deploying AI to accelerate pipeline creation, deal velocity, and customer expansion
  • Deep familiarity with MarTech, RevOps, and SalesTech ecosystems
  • Strong knowledge of AI platforms and workflows
  • Track record of fast execution and experimentation frameworks that deliver measurable revenue impact
  • Strong technical fluency to evaluate AI models, vendors, and integrations
  • Demonstrated leadership in building, mentoring, and enabling cross-functional GTM teams
