This role will drive strategic programs end to end, ensure tight operational execution, and bring a horizontal view across the AdTech ecosystem — spanning measurement, audiences, signals, and web. This person will work closely with engineering, campaign teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are fully buttoned up, dependencies are managed proactively, and demand generation delivery is executed seamlessly from end to end.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and run key AdTech programs and strategic initiatives across the business.
  • Provide a horizontal, end-to-end view across AdTech capabilities, including measurement, audience strategy, signal flow, and web activation.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements, dependencies, and implementation details are clearly defined and executed.
  • Work with web and campaign teams to drive end-to-end demand generation delivery, ensuring campaigns are set up for success across systems and channels.
  • Ensure programs are operationally sound, with strong governance, timelines, accountability, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across the AdTech ecosystem and drive resolution proactively.
  • Translate business goals into scalable operating models, processes, and program plans.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across marketing, engineering, analytics, web, measurement, and media teams.
  • Ensure all initiatives are tightly managed from strategy through execution, with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
  • Embody our culture and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 8+ years of experience in AdTech, marketing technology, digital strategy, program management, or related fields.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

  • 5+ years in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, RevOps, Internal Tools, or a similar cross-functional role - with a clear track record of shipping solutions, not just diagnosing
  • Comfortable building real things with modern AI tooling - Claude, Cursor, Zapier, n8n, Make, Retool, light scripting. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you do need to drive towards shipping solutions
  • Strong process thinking. You can sit with a team, draw the workflow on a whiteboard, and find the bottleneck quickly

  • Cross-functional credibility - equally comfortable with a finance lead, a sales director, a client services manager and an engineer
  • Highly analytical with the ability to define success metrics, interpret performance data and make pragmatic trade-offs
