Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required
Extensive expertise in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation
Strong knowledge of financial audits and reporting standards
Experience managing accounting for investment portfolios
Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams in a growing organization
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various departments
