Job Description:

Experienced Director of Accounting position focused on overseeing and optimizing financial operations within the organization. Requires strong leadership skills, expertise in core accounting functions, and familiarity with accounting software systems.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and company policies
oversee auditing processes and collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate reporting
implement and optimize accounting software systems such as BlackLine, ADP Financial Services, and Concur
develop and manage budgets, providing accurate forecasting and financial analysis
drive improvements in accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, fostering growth and development
collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial processes with CRM systems
analyze financial data to identify trends and support decision-making
monitor and report on key financial metrics to executive leadership

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification is preferred
extensive experience with accounting software systems such as BlackLine, ADP Financial Services, and Concur
proven expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other core accounting functions
strong knowledge of auditing practices and financial compliance regulations
demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets effectively
exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring accounting teams
proficiency in CRM systems and their integration with financial processes
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and detail
