Work within multidisciplinary teams alongside consultants, surgeons, therapists, nurses, patients, and families to deliver coordinated care
Exercise sound judgement in day-to-day decision-making, balancing individual patient care with service delivery requirements and organisational targets, and adapting quickly when urgent reprioritisation is required
