This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a hands-on, high-potential aftermarket leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and wants to help build and scale a best-in-class North American parts and service organization. This leader will be responsible for transforming and leading the entire North American aftermarket operation across service centers, mobile field service, parts distribution, warranty, and customer support.

Requirements
Strong progression and upward career trajectory
Experience leading parts and service organizations within industrial, heavy equipment, capital equipment, or related manufacturing environments
Demonstrated success leading multi-site service operations and field service teams
Strong commercial and operational business acumen with P&L ownership experience
Proven ability to build processes, drive accountability, and lead organizational transformation
Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and translate strategy into operational execution
Highly analytical and comfortable making data-driven decisions in ambiguous environments
Operationally hands-on with a bias for action and strong execution skills
Comfortable building strategy while remaining closely connected to frontline operations
Strong communicator capable of influencing across executive leadership, operations, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams
