BrainWorks has partnered with a market-leading industrial equipment manufacturer undergoing significant operational transformation and growth to identify a Director, North America Parts & Service. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a hands-on, high-potential aftermarket leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and wants to help build and scale a best-in-class North American parts and service organization. This leader will be responsible for transforming and leading the entire North American aftermarket operation across service centers, mobile field service, parts distribution, warranty, and customer support.

  • Contribute to pre-sale efforts by conducting needs assessments, providing technical demonstrations, creating deployment plans, and guiding agencies through T&E engagements
  • Lead and manage large and/or complex program implementations, ensuring readiness, compliance with FAA Part 107, and seamless integration with third-party vendors
  • Serve as a primary technical point of contact, providing advanced guidance on drone operations, system configurations, and SaaS integrations
  • Develop, schedule, and deliver advanced drone-related training programs for agencies, ensuring technical proficiency and long-term adoption
  • Mentor Axon Air PSMs and cross-functional partners, sharing expertise, workflows, and best practices
