Exciting opportunity to join Fidelity Institution and be part of WAMS turnkey model portfolio business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sales Execution & Advisor Engagement: Drive adoption of Fidelity’s turnkey model portfolios by engaging advisors through impactful meetings and converting leads into sales by aligning solutions with advisor needs and firm priorities
  • Client Growth & Development: Expand usage within existing advisor relationships by identifying new opportunities and deepening engagement. Pursue new advisor relationships to grow the model portfolio footprint across the BD segment
  • Product/Platform Expertise and Competitor Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of Fidelity’s model portfolio offerings, investment philosophy, and platform capabilities. Proficient with competitor capabilities and Fidelity differentiation
  • Territory Management and Distribution Partner Collaboration: Execute hybrid territory coverage plans, balancing virtual engagement with in-person visits to maximize advisor reach and penetration. Maintain consistent activity across segmented advisor groups, ensuring strategic coverage and follow-up
  • Wholesaler Collaboration: Partner with wholesalers in joint meetings to promote turnkey model portfolios and support broader managed solutions strategy. Provide product expertise and deal support to enhance wholesaler effectiveness and drive advisor conversion
  • Centers of Influence & Strategic Partnerships: Engage with key contacts across Envestnet, Tier 1 firms, and the CoreWealth division to ensure alignment and coordinated execution. Leverage strategic relationships to support advisor adoption and enhance Fidelity’s presence in the managed solutions space

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA, CFA or equivalent graduate degree a plus
  • Series 7 & 63 licenses required (pass within 90 days)
  • 10+ years of financial services experience
