Job Description:

We are seeking a Director of Member Engagement Strategy to lead high-impact initiatives that connect more people to mental healthcare through thoughtful, effective marketing. Reporting to the Senior Director of Member Growth, this role will drive strategic member engagement programs in partnership with Spring Health’s largest customers. This person will be responsible for driving strategy and execution that unlocks activation, retention, and long-term outcomes through tailored, data-informed initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B2C marketing
  • At least 3 years in a team leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing enterprise engagement strategies that drive measurable outcomes
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, high-stakes environments
  • Deep empathy for member and customer needs
  • Expertise in marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze) and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude)
  • Experience in healthcare, benefits, or regulated industries is a strong plus
  • Passion for mental health and alignment with Spring Health’s mission
