Job Description

The Director, Marketplace Marketing is a senior marketing leader responsible for driving the go-to-market strategies and execution for two critical pillars of Xometry’s business: growth within the U.S. Marketplace (Buyer-focused) and expansion of our Global Partner network (Supplier-focused). As a quintessential player/coach, this leader will set the strategic vision while remaining hands-on in the execution of high-impact initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth and increase market share among U.S.-based buyers
  • Partner closely with the Sales organization to co-develop messaging, competitive insights, and tools
  • Ensure all buyer-facing campaigns and messaging frameworks are grounded in the 'voice of the buyer'
  • Drive the strategy for deepening engagement with our global supplier base
  • Work in lockstep with Operations and Network teams to support the recruitment of high-quality global partners through targeted marketing programs
  • Define and amplify the global partner narrative
  • Forge deep relationships across Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing
  • Establish measurement frameworks to track performance across both buyer and partner workstreams
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
