Job Description:

You are a highly strategic and innovative Director of Marketing Operations who excels at transforming, optimizing, and scaling high-performing marketing and sales development teams. You champion data-driven decisions, operational excellence, and collaborative execution in a dynamic SaaS environment, and your leadership embraces AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Your impact will be shaped by your ability to operationalize cutting-edge account-based experience (ABX) approaches—leveraging platforms like 6Sense and advanced AI workflows—to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. You work hand in glove with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to build the processes and technology stack that support company-wide priorities, focusing on scalable systems, automation, and innovative practices that fuel sustainable success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Shape and Drive an Innovative Marketing Operations Strategy: Collaborate deeply with Marketing and SDR leadership to define and execute a roadmap that leverages ABX principles and AI-powered capabilities, continually seeking new ways to innovate, automate, and improve processes for demand generation and pipeline growth
  • Advance Technology, Data, and AI Integration: Lead the thoughtful selection, integration, and optimization of marketing automation, CRM, ABX platforms (including 6Sense), analytics, and prospect engagement tools. Champion adoption of agentic and co-pilot AI workflows to unlock greater efficiencies, lower acquisition costs, and foster smarter decision-making
  • Operationalize Data-Driven and AI-Enhanced Insights: Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and KPI inspection cadences (including Pipeline Council), utilizing AI-driven analytics to measure, predict, and improve campaign performance—especially ABX and demand gen programs. Deliver actionable recommendations that drive continuous optimization and innovation
  • Elevate Lead Management with Intelligent Automation: Build and refine automated workflows for lead capture, scoring, nurturing, enrichment, and routing. Ensure ABX-qualified accounts and leads are prioritized efficiently, using AI solutions to enhance speed, accuracy, and conversion

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in marketing operations or revenue operations experience within high-growth SaaS or B2B technology environments

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, market research, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience leading a marketing function, or similar, used to managing multiple projects at one time within established timelines
  • Proficient in planning and project management skills

  • Establish and spearhead our Product Marketing Operations and Competitive Intelligence function
  • Lead a dedicated team, driving both major and minor product launches, cultivating robust competitive intelligence, and consistently reporting on progress across all initiatives
  • Evolve, establish and execute product marketing programs and operations related to GTM readiness
  • Product Launch process - Establish, document and maintain product market launch framework, operating model and launch calendar that aligns with development and the field
  • Product Launch management - organize and execute critical product launches, driving the planning and execution of launch activities, events/webinars and ensuring alignment and readiness across all marketing work streams, while coordinating overall readiness with development and field teams
  • Competitive Intelligence - manage a team that builds and runs a competitive intel program that serves as the internal authority on competitive dynamics, equipping sales teams with sharp differentiation, timely insights and effective strategies to win
  • Repeatable sales plays - partner with PMMs, Field, and Enablement stakeholders to define, build and deliver repeatable sales motions to drive annual operating targets (pipeline, billings, net-new logos)
  • PMM Planning and Coordination - organize and drive quarterly and yearly planning and operating plans for product marketing, including reporting results to key stakeholders

  • Lead and mentor a recruiting enablement team while guiding national recruiting leaders to improve recruiter efficiency and effectiveness
  • Leverage recruiting insights to guide business and talent leaders, enabling team-focused strategies that close performance gaps while ensuring client success and satisfaction
  • Ensure requisitions are accurate and optimized
  • Maintain career site pages to drive Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) performance, applicant flow, and candidate engagement
  • Monitor recruiting performance using iCIMS, Domo, and vendor dashboards, troubleshooting job posting issues, API errors, and applicant flow anomalies
  • Partner with field and business unit recruiting leaders to lead acquisition integration activities, including job posting strategy, systems and vendor alignment, requisition transition, job advertising, and cost synergies
  • Oversee vendor strategy and ongoing partnership, including selection, contract negotiation, onboarding, renewals, and performance
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and assess vendor innovation roadmaps
  • Analyze candidate attraction dashboard trends measuring applicant flow, source performance, and campaign ROI, providing actionable insights to inform strategy
  • Manage the recruiting budget, validate invoices, and align spend with cost-optimization goals

  • Base salary range $90,000 to $105,000 based on experience and location, with a 20% bonus opportunity
