Job Description

As Director, Employer Engagement you will lead Amgen's strategy and engagement to transform how employers approach obesity treatment – with supporting other therapeutic areas/products as assigned – ultimately shaping coverage decisions, benefit design, and long-term investment in population health. This is a highly visible, external-facing role at the forefront of market access innovation, working across Jumbo Employers, Benefit Consultants, and National Coalitions to unlock access for millions of patients.

Requirements
