Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Director/Manager of Financial Reporting to oversee critical financial operations within our organization. This role requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in mortgage finance and expertise in managing month-end closings and comprehensive financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and exceptional attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results
  • Prepare and oversee the creation of detailed financial reports, including earnings per share (EPS) calculations and annual financial statements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on financial performance and analysis
