Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will oversee critical reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering insightful analyses to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, SEC compliance, and process automation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and review 10K and 10Q filings to ensure accuracy and compliance with SEC regulations
  • Analyze financial trends and variances to provide actionable insights to management
  • Develop and present detailed management reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with US GAAP standards in all financial reporting activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data
  • Supervise and mentor entry-level staff within the financial reporting team
  • Implement best practices for reporting and analysis to enhance overall performance
  • Conduct thorough reviews of organizational financial statements to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial reporting regulations and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, SEC compliance, and related fields
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory filing requirements
  • Proven expertise in preparing and reviewing 10K and 10Q filings
  • Ability to analyze financial trends and variances effectively
  • Experience with automating financial processes and systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills to present findings to management and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
