The Director, Managed Services for France and Luxembourg will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of Managed Services. This role requires over 10 years of experience in IT Managed Services, with a strong focus on P&L management and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and be fluent in both English and French. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering is required.
Job Responsibility:
Define the vision, objectives, and roadmap for Managed Services in France and Luxembourg, ensuring alignment with Group strategy
Represent the MS FRALUX organization within the Group and to external stakeholders
Serve as the final escalation point and arbitrator for major issues (client, operational, or resource conflicts) between country entities and centers of excellence
Manage the budget and profit & loss account for the MS FRALUX entity, ensuring the profitability of contracts and solutions
Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements in both countries
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, initiating corrective or continuous improvement actions as needed
Directly supervise the Managers of Client Delivery Management (CDM) FRA/LUX and the Governance & Excellence Manager
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in IT Managed Services or a similar technology services environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of managing P&L, driving operational excellence, and delivering profitable growth
Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices
Experience managing teams across multiple countries or regions is highly desirable
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Ability to quickly adjust to changing environments and take on new challenges
Proven experience in leading and supporting organizational change in complex settings
Capacity to understand, manage, and leverage one’s own emotions and those of others to foster collaboration, problem-solving, and effective leadership
Fluent in English and French
