Job Description:

The Director will be responsible for the data strategy, aggregation, lineage, and operational excellence development, execution and managementrics. The role requires strong people leadership, analytical, and communication skills. An ideal candidate will possess strong problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities in addition to excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the data strategy, aggregation, lineage, and operational excellence across all Liquidity frameworks
  • Lead integrations, acquisitions, system migrations, and new products that impact Liquidity. Ensure evolving business drivers and requirements are defined, and update governance / controls to mitigate potential risks to the Liquidity data aggregation process and frameworks.
  • Lead all data management interactions and compliance with the second/third lines of defense, Regulators, and DDROf (e.g., annual testing, DPAs), and FDR Product/Tech partners
  • Own Liquidity control testing, process level assessment (PLA), and business continuity plan (BCP)
  • Oversight of change management across Finance and partner with Enterprise forums to understand changes that may impact Liquidity processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in Data Management, Data Engineering, Financial Analysis, Capital Markets, Consulting, or a combination
  • At least 5 years of people management experience

Nice to have:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree in Finance
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license
  • Software development (Python language) experience
  • Data infrastructure experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services
