Job Description

The Life Sciences team partners with clients to support strategic decision-making and the design of impactful solutions across the entire business and access value chain, with the objective of maximizing product penetration and driving sustainable business impact. Our work spans (but is not limited to) opportunity assessment, competitive analysis, market access strategy, pricing and reimbursement, product lifecycle management, portfolio strategy, business excellence, organizational transformation, and sustainability, all enabled by robust market intelligence and data strategy. We are looking to incorporate a Director within the Life Sciences team, a senior professional who will play a key role in leading strategic engagements, developing client relationships, and driving the growth of our consulting practice, within a collaborative environment offering strong long-term career opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Overall leadership and governance of complex consulting engagements, ensuring quality delivery, value creation, and client satisfaction
  • Definition of project vision, strategic direction, and approach, with accountability for outcomes
  • Senior-level client relationship management and trusted advisor role with executive stakeholders
  • Identification, development, and conversion of new business opportunities, including proposal leadership and commercial negotiations
  • Contribution to the definition and execution of the Life Sciences practice strategy
  • Coaching, mentoring, and development of Managers and junior team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in top-tier or specialized consulting firms, or in strategic roles with similar scope and responsibilities
  • Strong and proven expertise in the Life Sciences sector
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale projects, managing senior clients, and driving business development
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence C-level and senior stakeholders
  • University degree
  • fluency in English is required
