Job Description

The Learning & Development team is looking for a Director, Learning – Delivery & Operations to drive learner experience and program execution forward by ensuring consistent, efficient, and scalable delivery of global learning initiatives. The ideal candidate is a skilled operations leader who thrives in complexity, is deeply learner-focused, and brings a proactive mindset to managing logistics, stakeholder coordination, and team enablement across regions.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the global Learning Operations team responsible for logistics, scheduling, communications, and delivery of learning programs across all modalities
  • Translate strategic learning plans into operational workflows, tools, and delivery processes
  • Partner with Academy Leads, SMEs, facilitators, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure program delivery meets quality and timing expectations
  • Establish and maintain scalable systems and tools that support scheduling, reporting, and learner communications
  • Drive continuous improvement through metrics analysis, feedback loops, and process optimization
  • Serve as the escalation point for delivery-related issues, risks, and blockers

Requirements
