Requirements
8-11 years of experience in omni-channel media strategy and planning, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC)
A proven track record of winning new business and successfully retaining and growing high-value client relationships
Expertise in utilizing a wide array of research and measurement tools (ComScore, MRI, GWI, Kantar, Pathmatics, etc.) to drive strategy
Experience working within or leading Integrated Agency Teams (IAT) for large-scale, global accounts
Exceptional leadership instincts with the ability to inspire followership and manage senior-level client expectations
Deep knowledge of how media intersects with Content, Commerce, and Technology to create seamless digital experiences
Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale media budgets and agency resource planning
