Director, Inpatient Oncology Nurse Case Management

The Director of Inpatient Oncology Nurse Case Management is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and coordination of nursing case management services within the Institute’s oncology inpatient unit. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient case management by developing and implementing nursing policies, procedures, and best practices. Collaborating extensively with interdisciplinary teams and other departments, the Director optimizes patient outcomes and enhances service delivery.
