  • Strengthen cybersecurity posture by implementing zero-trust architecture, vulnerability management frameworks, and enterprise-wide incident response protocols with the CISO
  • Lead testing and quality engineering transformation, shifting from manual to automated testing (Selenium, Tricentis) and enforcing robust performance/load testing
  • Build and develop a high-performing IT organisation, designing structure, career paths, capacity models, mentoring leaders, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
  • Oversee vendor and partner management, including Tier‑1 system integrators, SaaS providers, and hardware partners, ensuring performance, contract efficiency, and value realisation
  • Collaborate with global business and technical stakeholders, translating technology decisions into business value and influencing executive teams across US/EU time zones
  • Develop multi-year technology roadmaps that rationalise application portfolios, retire legacy debt, and accelerate cloud and platform adoption

Requirements

  • 15+ years in IT with 8–10 years in senior leadership (Director/VP) leading large, cross-functional teams (100+ FTEs)
  • Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA or Master’s preferred
  • Deep functional/technical expertise across the SAP ecosystem with a proven track record in S/4HANA migrations (greenfield or brownfield), upgrades, and operations
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise applications, web/mobile development, data/analytics, and infrastructure in parallel
  • Experience in a Global In-House Center (GIC)/Captive environment working with US/EU stakeholders and time zones
  • Evidence of designing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps and delivering measurable business value

Nice to have
