Job Responsibility

  • Own and execute the property-wide Human Resources strategy, aligned with W Hotels and Marriott International objectives
  • Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning and succession management, building a diverse and future-ready leadership pipeline
  • Champion associate engagement, employee relations and wellbeing, acting as a key change leader for high-impact initiatives
  • Partner with department heads to strengthen performance management, leadership capability and internal development
  • Oversee compensation, recognition, and incentive strategies, ensuring competitiveness, internal equity, and cost effectiveness
  • Provide people insights to ownership and regional stakeholders, contextualising engagement, retention, and talent data at executive forums
  • Ensure full compliance with employment legislation, brand standards, and Marriott policies, leveraging HR systems and technology effectively
  • Lead, coach, and develop the on-property HR team, embedding service excellence within the HR function itself
