Job Responsibility
Own and execute the property-wide Human Resources strategy, aligned with W Hotels and Marriott International objectives
Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning and succession management, building a diverse and future-ready leadership pipeline
Champion associate engagement, employee relations and wellbeing, acting as a key change leader for high-impact initiatives
Partner with department heads to strengthen performance management, leadership capability and internal development
Oversee compensation, recognition, and incentive strategies, ensuring competitiveness, internal equity, and cost effectiveness
Provide people insights to ownership and regional stakeholders, contextualising engagement, retention, and talent data at executive forums
Ensure full compliance with employment legislation, brand standards, and Marriott policies, leveraging HR systems and technology effectively
Lead, coach, and develop the on-property HR team, embedding service excellence within the HR function itself
Requirements
Experienced HR leader with a strong background in hotels/hospitality
