Job Description

We are seeking a Director of People Analytics to lead our data-driven HR strategy and provide key insights to inform business decisions. This leader will be responsible for developing a strategic roadmap for people analytics, optimizing our HR technology stack (including Workday and Power BI), and partnering with business leaders to drive meaningful, data-supported workforce initiatives. This role requires a visionary thinker who can translate complex data into actionable strategies, enabling leadership to enhance talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and overall business performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and own the strategic roadmap for People Analytics, aligning with HR and business objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders, translating workforce data into insights that drive action
  • Design and deploy predictive analytics models (e.g., attrition risk, talent supply/demand forecasting, internal mobility) to anticipate workforce needs and enable proactive talent and business planning
  • Lead the evolution of people analytics capabilities, ensuring the company leverages cutting-edge methodologies and technology
  • Utilize Workday, Power BI, and other analytics tools to develop dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support talent acquisition, workforce planning, DEI initiatives, and employee engagement
  • Identify trends, correlations, and business risks using advanced analytics to inform decision-making
  • Establish and refine KPIs and benchmarks to measure HR effectiveness and business impact
  • Optimize and scale our Workday and Power BI capabilities to deliver robust workforce insights
