Job Responsibility
Consult with the executives and extended HR Team to drive business success by providing thought leadership, and direction
Lead executives in translating the business strategy into a talent strategy
Defining the talent strategy
Strategic workforce planning, including succession and workforce planning
Recruiting/retention strategies
Assessing Human Capital risks for the business and developing remediation strategies
Leveraging key trends and/or gaps to incorporate within strategic decisions and talent plan
Designing and developing the organization
Managing employment practice risk weighing short and long term impacts
Influencing the prioritization of the work that will drive the highest value for your client groups

Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 7 years of client facing experience OR at least 7 years of consulting experience OR a combination
At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources
Nice to have
Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
MBA or Master’s degree
Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification
9+ years of client facing experience or 9+ years of consulting experience or a combination
9+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
