Job Description

The HR Business Partner role is responsible for overseeing all human resource activities & initiatives associated with the assigned business unit(s). This role will collaborate with senior leaders to implement effective talent management strategies, foster a high-performance culture, and drive organizational effectiveness that helps accelerate business outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business unit leadership team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field
  • 5+ years as an HR Business Partner or comparable working experience
