As our Director, Health Systems (AUS/NZ), you will lead the Australian and New Zealand strategy and delivery of Movember's Health Systems Portfolio, with accountability for three flagship initiatives: Men in Mind Primary Care (MIM-PRO), Men in Mind Mental Health, and the Movember Men's Health Education (MMHE) initiative. This is a senior leadership role sitting within the global Health Systems Portfolio team, reporting to the Global Director, Health Systems. You will take ownership of some of Movember's most significant government-funded programs, including MIM-PRO, an $11.3M Commonwealth-funded implementation program scaling evidence-based men's health training across the national primary care workforce, and MMHE Phase 3, a $2M Commonwealth-funded initiative launching in June 2026 to embed men's health education into tertiary curricula across medicine, nursing, and pharmacy. Day to day, you will drive national partnership strategies, manage complex government grant relationships, lead system-level convenings across Australia and New Zealand, and directly manage a small team responsible for program coordination and national implementation. You will also contribute to advocacy efforts around gender-responsive healthcare policy, working closely with Movember's Advocacy team to influence sector-wide change.
